By accessing our platform, enrolling in a course, or taking a mock test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

Online Physics Preparation offers coaching modules, live/recorded lectures, test series, and mentorship programs for exams like JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.

While we strive to provide the absolute highest quality of pedagogy, we do NOT guarantee any specific rank, marks, or admission outcome. Success in these hyper-competitive examinations ultimately relies fundamentally on the student's own dedication, aptitude, and revision efforts.

When utilizing our Learning Management System and interacting in Live Classes, you agree to adhere to the code of conduct:

• No account sharing. One account is valid strictly for one student. Unauthorized sharing may lead to severe disruption of your AI analytics and immediate suspension.

• You will not use bots, scrapers, or recording software to illegally capture and distribute our proprietary video files or study materials.

• You will maintain decorum during live sessions. Harassment of faculty or spamming the doubt chat will result in a ban.

All course content—including video lectures, DPPs (Daily Practice Papers), printed modules, test questions, and visual diagrams—are the exclusive intellectual property of Online Physics Preparation. Downloading, printing (beyond permitted bounds), or circulating our content on unauthorized forums like Telegram or WhatsApp is strictly prohibited and legally actionable under copyright law.

Fees for all our batches are payable in advance or via approved EMIs. Access to premium content is contingent on timely fee clearance.

We offer a 15-Day Refund Window. If you request cancellation within 15 days of batch commencement, we refund the fee after deducting the cost of delivered physical study material and a nominal administrative charge. After 15 days, fees are entirely non-refundable under any circumstance.

While we pride ourselves on a 99.9% uptime, we may occasionally need to take the streaming servers offline for maintenance. We are not liable for incidental technical glitches resulting from a user's ISP, hardware failure, or external backbone outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Online Physics Preparation or its educators be liable to you or any third party for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of our educational platform.

These Terms of Service and your use of our platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of jurisdiction in Kota, Rajasthan.
